Position Overview

Join the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System as a full-time CRNA specializing in cardiology within Specialty Care. Provide consultative services and develop treatment plans for Veterans across outpatient, inpatient, Community Living Center, and emergency settings. Operate in a Whole Health System model emphasizing personalized care, healing relationships, and community connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently practice as an NP/CRNA delivering high-quality care using treatment guidelines.
• Lead care delivery for continuity and peer accountability.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and evaluate to promote wellness and prevent disease/injury.
• Order/interpret labs and diagnostic studies.
• Consult/collaborate with physicians and professionals on complex cardiovascular conditions.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship preferred.
• English proficiency.
• Unrestricted license from any U.S. State or territory.
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Influenza vaccination required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $95,056 - $149,166 per year.
• PTO: 50 days/year (26 annual leave, 13 sick, 11 federal holidays).
