CRNA $153K-$221K + 50 Days PTO | Sioux Falls, SD

Position Overview

Join the VA Sioux Falls HCS as a full-time CRNA providing anesthesia care across adult and geriatric patients in a Whole Health System model. Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, administer general/regional/MAC anesthesia, airway management, peripheral/central blocks, and participate in Code Blue teams. Serve as preceptor for student CRNAs and ensure equipment readiness per CDC guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $152,661 - $221,313 per year
• PTO: 50 days per year (26 days annual leave, 13 days sick leave, 11 federal holidays)
• Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5-year vesting) + federal 401K with up to 5% VA match

• Other: 1 full unrestricted license paid, performance awards potential

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Work Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm with call
• Emergency airway management facility-wide

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship preferred
• English proficiency
• Graduate of accredited CRNA program
• Current unrestricted license
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, background check
• Influenza vaccination required
