Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgery/procedures
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, develop anesthetic plans, and manage induction/maintenance/emergence
• Handle airway management, intubation/extubation, invasive monitoring (arterial/central lines), regional anesthesia, TEE
• Manage postoperative pain, resuscitative care, IV fluids/blood products
• Teach and evaluate residents and students
• Document patient status and control substances per policy

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO) from accredited school
• Full and unrestricted U.S. medical license
• U.S. Citizenship (non-citizens in limited cases)
• Proficient in English, pass pre-employment physical/drug screen
• Board certification preferred for full CME reimbursement

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $380,000 - $390,000 annually + performance bonus
